A word or two about our builder Peter Nicholls. You may have seen the BBC4 programme “The Spalls all at Sea”. I bet you never knew the boat he is using, the FCN, was built by Peter Nicholls Yachts Ltd. Sailing around Britain was something I always wanted to do but alas, something I never achieved. How many more of us are in the same boat (pardon the pun) and never made it? The question is, is it too late, could we still do it once we retire and have more time to spare?
