FCN Seagoing Motor Barge

A four berth seagoing motor barge with offshore capability also with inland waterways capability is built by Peter Nicholl Ltd. It is available in lengths from 12.5 meters to 20 meters with a 4 meter beam. It has 2 double cabins both ensuite and has a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep an additional two people. Prices on request.

This barge is built to very exacting standards, it is very comfortable with plenty of space in the cabins and the saloon. There is more than enough room for everyone to sit round the table to enjoy their meals. We have also ensured that there is adequate storage space in the cabins. The vessel is carpeted throughout, except the bathrooms, and is ideally suited to living aboard for longer periods.

The Water Draft of this vessel is 1 meter and the Air Height is 2.8 meters. and is Category "B", which is suitable for offshore cruising.

Payment Terms - As these boats are built to order, we have a scheme that gives prospective owners a clear idea when we will commence the build of their craft. To facilitate this we ask that customers cnfirm their agreed Build Slot with a deposit of £2000 that is ultimately deducted from the final payment for their boat. We would then expect to draft a Bitish Marine Federation contract to build the boat, in consultation with the boat builder, with a quoted price including VAT that would be guaranteed thus removing the worry of any increase in the price of materials.

Should you wish to cancel your Build Slot, providing notice of cancellation is received within one calendar month from the date of your payment, all monies would be returned without penalty
